Pricing & Subscription Details

  • First Month: $375 to get started
  • Every Month After: $275
  • Pay Upfront for the First 12 Months: $3,125
  • Every Year After: $3,025
  • Includes 2 hours of service per month ($100/hour after the 2-hour mark)
  • Option to swap maintenance for a different 2-hour project with 72-hour notice
  • Monthly 2 hours cover labor only; materials for maintenance are included


Paying upfront for the year covers 11 months of service, with the 12th month free.

    Our subscription includes routine maintenance tasks such as window and door checks, plumbing inspections, cobweb removal, tree and branch trimming, gutter cleaning, electrical checks, and AC filter replacements. This helps prevent small issues from turning into costly repairs.

  • How often do you perform maintenance visits?

    We provide monthly maintenance visits to ensure your home stays in top condition year-round.
